When the Zwytch team approached Netrocon they only had the business vision for what the product would do. We first began with understanding the customer base that Zwytch would serve, that made the branding message clear after which the product design and layout were presented. Throughout this process, our main focus was to help customers see the value of the product amongst the crowded market place. After attaining a deeper understanding of the buyer segments and their purchasing behaviors we were able to carve out a niche that resonated with the market.
The Netrocon team identified different customer pain points and pinpointed what resonated the most with their target audience. The final product created a great user experience for their customers and gave Zwytch an edge over their competition with the unique identity it carried.
